Proving manufacturing capability instead of just stating it
A PCB manufacturer serving Honda, Bajaj, TVS and defence-grade clients since 1988, given a manufacturing process film and a website revamp built to prove capability visually, not just claim it.
The challenge
Sulakshana Circuits has manufactured printed circuit boards in Hyderabad since 1988, with certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and defence-grade approval, and a client list spanning Honda, Bajaj, TVS and Bharat Electronics. In precision manufacturing, a buyer's biggest question is whether the facility and process are actually as capable as the certifications claim — something a certification badge and a paragraph of text cannot fully answer, but a well-shot process film can.
Our approach
We paired a manufacturing-floor video production with a website revamp, because in this category showing the process is a stronger trust signal than describing it. The film was built to walk a technical buyer through the actual PCB manufacturing process, while the site revamp gave that footage — and the certifications behind it — a home that matched the seriousness of the operation.
What we actually did
A video production shot on the factory floor, walking through the end-to-end PCB manufacturing process — the kind of visual proof of capability that a certification list alone cannot deliver to a skeptical technical buyer.
The site rebuilt to present capabilities, certifications and turnaround times — including rapid prototyping — clearly enough for an engineer or procurement buyer to evaluate fit quickly.
ISO, IATF and defence-grade certifications, along with named automotive and electronics clients, structured as concrete evidence rather than a badge row skimmed past.
The outcome
The process film gives technical buyers direct visual evidence of manufacturing quality, addressing the scepticism a text description alone cannot overcome.
Certifications, turnaround times and process detail presented clearly enough for an engineer to assess fit without a preliminary call.
A 1988 founding date, major automotive clients and defence-grade approval now work together as a coherent credibility story rather than scattered facts.
Sulakshana Circuits now has visual proof of a manufacturing process that certifications alone could only describe, backed by a website built for the technical buyers actually evaluating it. For precision manufacturers, letting a buyer watch the process is usually worth more than any amount of written reassurance.
Does any of this sound familiar?
This project started from a specific set of symptoms. If you recognise several of these in your own business, the problem is probably closer to Sulakshana Circuits's than it looks.
In manufacturing and industrial categories, showing the floor usually beats describing it — a buyer trusts what they can watch happen far more than what they read was certified. We would start by identifying which part of your process, if filmed honestly, would do the most persuading, and build the site around that evidence.
