Platforms that stay up

Cloud-native applications built on Kubernetes, shipped through automated pipelines, and kept running under a contractual SLA with named engineers on call — not a support inbox.

Capabilities

Build it, run it, answer for it

Four things enterprise clients consistently need together — the build, the infrastructure under it, the pipeline shipping it, and someone accountable when it breaks.

Custom web applications

Full-stack enterprise applications on modern React ecosystems, with GraphQL or REST APIs behind them.

Cloud-native architecture

Microservices orchestrated on Kubernetes with autoscaling, sized against real traffic rather than a guess.

DevOps & CI/CD

Automated testing and deployment pipelines on GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and Terraform — no manual releases.

24/7 SLA support

Enterprise maintenance contracts with named engineers and contractual response times by severity: P0 in 15 minutes, P1 in 2 hours, P2 in 1 business day.

Support SLA

What each severity means

Response times we contract to, by severity. These are commitments with escalation paths behind them, not aspirations.

P0
15minutesto first response
Production down

Total outage, or a live risk to data integrity.

e.g.Checkout returning 500s · primary database unreachable
Paged on-call engineer · 24/7 until resolved
P1
2hoursto first response
Major degradation

A core feature is broken or severely slow, with no workaround.

e.g.Search timing out · uploads failing for most users
Named engineer · business hours + escalation
P2
1business dayto first response
Partial issue

A non-critical function fails, or a subset of users is affected.

e.g.Export to CSV failing · one integration out of sync
Assigned in the current sprint
P3
Nextsprintto first response
Minor / cosmetic

Low-impact defects, copy changes and small enhancements.

e.g.Misaligned button · outdated help text
Scheduled into normal delivery

Response time is not resolution time — and any agency quoting the second as a fixed number is guessing. What we commit to is that a named engineer is actively working your P0 within fifteen minutes, at any hour, with a written post-incident review afterwards.

How we work

What enterprise IT gets wrong

Most teams do not need Kubernetes on day one. It earns its complexity at real scale or with genuine multi-service isolation needs. Below that, a managed container service costs less and pages you less. We architect for the traffic you have with a documented path to the traffic you want.

Deploy on your accounts, not ours. Infrastructure that lives in an agency's cloud tenancy is leverage over you, whatever the contract says. We build into your AWS or GCP accounts under your billing, with our engineers holding scoped access that can be revoked in a minute.

Observability before features. Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry go in during the first sprints. Adding them after an outage means the one incident you most needed data for is the one you have none for — and that is invariably the incident that hurt.

Legacy systems rarely deserve a full rewrite. Big-bang replacements are where budgets die. A middleware layer wrapping the old system in a modern API lets you rebuild the parts that matter, in order, while the business keeps running on what already works.

Engineering standard

Defaults on every engagement

Microservices first

Isolated fault domains, so one failing service degrades a feature instead of taking the platform down.

Cloud agnostic

Deploy to AWS, GCP or Azure. Infrastructure as code means moving providers is a migration, not a rewrite.

Security by design

OWASP Top-10 hardening applied at every layer from the first sprint, not bolted on before a pen test.

Observability stack

Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry wired in, so incidents are diagnosed from data rather than guessed at.

Process

Discovery to hypercare

01
Technical discovery

Mapping your workflows and current systems, identifying the real bottlenecks, and settling the target architecture.

02
Sprint planning

Agile sprints with explicit acceptance criteria, stakeholder review points and visible burndown.

03
Continuous delivery

Automated pipelines shipping tested features to production every two weeks, not batched into a quarterly release.

04
Hypercare launch

A dedicated go-live period with heightened monitoring and rapid response while real traffic finds the edges.

In their words

Results from a real migration

Oacer rebuilt our legacy monolith into a modern microservices platform. Our deployment frequency went from monthly to daily, and system downtime dropped to virtually zero.

Engagement

How engagements are structured

Three ways clients work with us. Most enterprise relationships start as a project and continue on a managed SLA.

Project
Fixed-scope build
From ₹6,00,000 ≈ $7.2k / £5.7k

A defined application delivered end to end — discovery, build, deployment and handover documentation.

Architecture & discovery
Full build to production
CI/CD pipeline set up
Handover + runbook
Dedicated team
Extend your engineering
Monthly Per engineer, min. 3 months

Named engineers embedded in your process, attending your standups and working from your backlog.

Named, consistent engineers
Works in your tooling
Scales up or down quarterly
Direct Slack access
Managed SLA
Run & maintain
Annual Tiered by response time

We keep the platform alive: monitoring, incident response, patching and capacity planning against the ladder above.

P0 response in 15 minutes
24/7 monitoring & alerting
Security & dependency patching
Quarterly capacity review
Where we work

Six markets, local data rules

Hosting region, data residency and on-call coverage are all set per client rather than assumed.

India

Hyderabad engineering base. Full-time overlap with IST clients and on-site available for enterprise work.

United States

Overlap held through US mornings, with on-call rotation covering US business hours for SLA clients.

United Kingdom

GDPR-compliant hosting in EU/UK regions, with data residency fixed at the architecture stage.

UAE

Deployments into UAE regions where data localisation rules require it, and bilingual admin interfaces.

Australia

Near-full working-day overlap with IST, plus ap-southeast-2 hosting for latency-sensitive workloads.

New Zealand

Async delivery with written sprint updates; incident escalation still runs 24/7 regardless of timezone.

FAQ

Enterprise IT questions

Yes, under enterprise SLAs with tiered response times — P0 incidents within 15 minutes, P1 within two hours. Ongoing maintenance covers security patches, dependency updates and performance tuning as standard.
