Permits are the client's, and we say so upfront. DGCA airspace clearance is site- and date-specific — it cannot be pre-obtained generically. We provide every technical document and flight plan needed, but the application itself goes through the site owner, and we build that lead time into the schedule rather than discovering it late.
Weather windows matter more than the shot list. Golden-hour light, wind speed under the aircraft's rated ceiling, and airspace clarity all have to align at once. A shoot that looks delayed on paper is usually a pilot refusing to fly a client's site into an unsafe frame.
A 48-hour rough cut is a discipline, not a marketing line. Seeing an unfinished edit fast catches framing or coverage gaps while the crew can still go back for a pickup shot — waiting for the polished final cut to give feedback is how reshoots become expensive.
Construction-progress clients get the same flight path every time. Comparable timelapse footage across months only works if the drone repeats an identical position, altitude and angle — so that flight path gets logged and reused, not re-eyeballed on-site.
