CarZScrapTurning a commodity transaction into a brand people trust
A scrap car platform with no brand recognition — given an identity, a lead engine, and a site built to capture intent in one screen.
The challenge
CarZScrap is an online platform for people selling end-of-life vehicles — a category where sellers are wary, prices are opaque, and most competitors are indistinguishable from one another. They needed to raise brand visibility, generate a reliable flow of qualified leads, and build an online presence credible enough that someone would hand over a vehicle on the strength of it.
Our approach
We ran branding, web development and lead generation as one connected programme rather than three separate projects. The insight driving all of it: in this market the seller's real question is "will I be treated fairly?" — so every asset, from the logo to the ad creative to the hero form, was built to answer that before asking for anything.
What we actually did
Targeted campaigns across the digital channels where people research selling a vehicle, tuned toward qualified sellers with an actual vehicle to scrap rather than raw traffic volume. This produced a significant increase in qualified leads rather than just enquiries.
A full brand identity rebuild including a modern, memorable logo, applied consistently across every channel. Consistency matters disproportionately here — a seller checking whether a scrap dealer is legitimate is looking for exactly the signals that inconsistent branding undermines.
A user-friendly site optimised for both sellers and buyers, with an instant-valuation form placed directly in the hero so intent is captured on the first screen. City coverage, authorised-dealer status and a direct call option sit above the fold, because the two things a seller wants to know first are "do you cover me?" and "are you real?"
A distinctive mark built to read as trustworthy and efficient at small sizes and in the places it actually appears — vehicle signage, WhatsApp profile, ad creative — not only on a presentation slide.
The outcome
The site became a primary destination for people looking to sell a scrap vehicle, with a marked increase in leads converting rather than simply arriving.
The revamped identity positioned CarZScrap as a reliable operator in a category where trust is the main purchase barrier.
Presence built across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata, with the site structured so coverage is immediately visible to a visitor.
A holistic approach — lead generation, branding, web development and logo design run as one programme — moved CarZScrap from an unknown quantity to a recognised operator in the online scrap car marketplace. It is a good example of why we prefer to take on the whole problem rather than one visible symptom of it.
Does any of this sound familiar?
This project started from a specific set of symptoms. If you recognise several of these in your own business, the problem is probably closer to CarZScrap's than it looks.
Branding and lead generation fail separately and work together. We would look first at what a first-time visitor sees in the opening five seconds and whether it answers "can I trust you and do you cover me?" — then at whether your ad spend is landing on a page built to capture intent, or on a homepage that makes people go looking.
