Putting a human face on an AI company
An AI agent company given a corporate video showcasing its team, location and culture — the human story behind a category that can otherwise feel entirely abstract.
The challenge
Covasant builds AI agents — a category where the product itself is intangible, and where prospects and talent alike are increasingly skeptical of AI companies that seem to be all pitch deck and no substance. Covasant needed a corporate video that did the opposite of the typical AI-company promo: instead of abstract product demos and stock footage, showcase the real team, the real location, and the operation actually behind the technology.
Our approach
We shot a corporate video on location, treating the company and its people as the subject rather than a voiceover over generic AI visuals. The goal was credibility through specificity — a real place, real people, a real operation — in a category where that kind of grounded evidence is increasingly rare and increasingly valuable.
What we actually did
A shoot at Covasant's actual location and with its actual team, avoiding the stock-footage-and-voiceover template that makes most AI company videos indistinguishable from one another.
The film built around the company itself — team, environment, working culture — as the credibility evidence, rather than an abstract product pitch that a skeptical viewer has no way to verify.
A cut that favours genuine specificity over generic corporate gloss, matching the tone that actually builds trust in a category currently saturated with overproduced AI hype videos.
The outcome
The finished film gives Covasant a concrete, verifiable presence — real people and a real place — in a category where most content is interchangeable AI-generic.
By avoiding stock AI visuals and generic voiceover, the video stands apart from the template most AI companies default to.
A corporate film built to serve recruiting, investor conversations and general brand presence, rather than a single-purpose product demo.
Covasant now has a corporate film that puts real people and a real operation in front of an audience used to abstract AI marketing. For companies selling something inherently intangible, that kind of grounded, specific proof is usually the most differentiated asset a category this crowded can have.
Does any of this sound familiar?
This project started from a specific set of symptoms. If you recognise several of these in your own business, the problem is probably closer to Covasant's than it looks.
In categories where the product is hard to picture, showing the people and the place behind it is usually more persuasive than another explainer of what the technology does. We would look at what genuine, specific evidence of your operation currently goes unused, and build the film around that instead of around another product walkthrough.
