Oacer Web Services
Bespoke automation

Software shaped around your process

Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way. We build the ERP, CRM or internal platform that matches how your business already runs — self-hosted, and yours outright.

What we build

Systems that replace the workaround

Four shapes the work usually takes. Most engagements start as one and grow into a second.

ERP & CRM Systems

Proprietary enterprise resource and customer relationship platforms that map exactly to your workflows.

Process Automation

Eliminating repetitive human tasks with intelligent rule-based and ML-driven automation engines.

Real-Time Dashboards

Executive command centers consolidating live KPIs, operational data, and predictive metrics.

Legacy Modernization

Phased migration of outdated monoliths to modern cloud-native architectures without disrupting operations.

The case

What custom software actually removes

Most companies do not need another tool. They need the six they already pay for to become one.

Before — typical stack
SpreadsheetsEmail threadsLegacy desktop toolWhatsApp approvalsSeparate CRMManual reports
becomes
After — one platform
One platformOne loginOne source of truth

The saving is rarely the licence fees. It is the hours your team spends re-keying the same record into three systems, and the decisions made on a report that was already two days stale when it was exported.

How we work

What the scoping call should ask

Buy before you build, genuinely. If an off-the-shelf product covers 80% of what you need and the remaining 20% is not where you compete, buy it. We say this on scoping calls and occasionally talk ourselves out of projects. Custom software earns its cost when your process is the advantage.

The bottleneck is almost never where the brief says. Teams ask for a faster reporting screen; the audit finds four hours a week going into reconciling two systems that disagree. Building the requested feature would have left the actual cost untouched, which is why we insist on watching the work first.

Adoption decides the ROI, not the architecture. A technically excellent system nobody uses returns nothing. We plan training, a hypercare period and a migration where the old system stays available in read-only mode — people trust a new platform faster when they can still check it against the old one.

Own the code, and mean it. Self-hosted deployment with your source code, your database and no runtime licence means you can take the system to another team if we stop being the right partner. That is the point. Software you cannot leave is not really yours.

Build standard

What ships with every platform

Zero Bloat

You pay for exactly the features your team uses — no excess licensing for unused modules.

Data Sovereignty

Your data lives on your servers under your control. No third-party SaaS vendor dependencies.

Workflow-Native

Every screen and workflow is designed after observing how your actual teams operate daily.

Integrations Ready

Pre-built connectors for Tally, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, and all major third-party platforms.

Process

Audit to adoption

01

How custom builds are priced

Indicative ranges. Real quotes depend on module count, how many legacy systems need migrating, and integration complexity.

Pilot module
Prove it on one workflow
From ₹3,50,000 ≈ $4.2k / £3.3k

One department, one workflow, fully built. The cheapest honest way to find out whether custom software is right for you.

Single-workflow scope
Working system in 6–8 weeks
Real user testing
Migration path documented
Full platform
ERP / CRM build
₹12L – ₹45L+ ≈ $14k – $54k+

A complete operational platform replacing the tool sprawl, with data migration, integrations and staff training included.

Where we work

Six markets, one delivery model

Async by default — a written update and a staging build at the end of every sprint.

India

Hyderabad-based build team. GST, Tally and Indian payroll logic implemented many times over.

United States

Overlap held through US mornings. SOC 2-conscious architecture and audit logging by default.

United Kingdom

GDPR-first data modelling, with retention and erasure designed in rather than retrofitted.

UAE

Arabic and bilingual interfaces, plus VAT-compliant invoicing and reporting flows.

Australia

Near-full working-day overlap with IST — the simplest timezone we deliver into.

New Zealand

Async delivery: a written update and a staging build each sprint, not an early-morning call.

FAQ

Custom software questions

Absolutely. Niche CRMs bypass the bloat of Salesforce or HubSpot, giving sales teams exactly the pipeline stages, data fields, and automations needed for your specific deal cycle.

Next step

Start with the workflow audit

Tell us which process costs your team the most hours. We'll map it, tell you honestly whether software fixes it, and quote only if it does.
