Building an entire online presence for a business that never had one
A Hyderabad dairy brand with zero online presence when we started, now covering website, mobile app and social media for a "farm to doorstep" delivery business.
The challenge
Sri Chakra Milk delivers farm-fresh milk, curd, paneer, ghee and dairy products to households and businesses across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with an early-morning cold-chain delivery operation and strict quality certification behind it. When the relationship began, the client had no online presence at all — no website, no app, no social channels — despite running a genuinely sophisticated operation. A dairy subscription business depends on daily trust and daily convenience, neither of which a phone-only ordering process was built to scale.
Our approach
We built the digital presence in the order a subscription dairy business actually needs it: a website to establish the brand and quality story, a mobile app to make daily and recurring ordering effortless, and social media to keep a naturally high-frequency, low-attention product in front of households between orders.
What we actually did
A website establishing the "pure, fresh, trusted" positioning, quality certifications and product range — the credibility layer a dairy brand needs before anyone will trust it with a daily household order.
A dedicated app built for the recurring nature of dairy buying — daily and subscription ordering, product range, and the convenience that keeps a household from switching to whichever brand is physically closer.
Regular content keeping the brand present between deliveries, in a category where trust is reinforced by frequency of contact as much as by product quality.
The outcome
A business with no prior online presence now has a website, a mobile ordering app and an active social media presence working together.
The mobile app turns a recurring, high-frequency purchase into a low-effort action, which is what retention in a subscription dairy business actually depends on.
Ongoing social media keeps the brand visible in the gaps between orders, reinforcing the trust a daily household product depends on.
Sri Chakra Milk went from having no digital footprint at all to a website, app and social presence built around how a dairy subscription business actually earns and keeps trust. For operationally strong businesses that simply never had a digital front door, that full build-out is usually the single biggest unlock available.
Does any of this sound familiar?
This project started from a specific set of symptoms. If you recognise several of these in your own business, the problem is probably closer to Sri Chakra Milk (SCMP)'s than it looks.
For subscription and daily-use businesses, the app usually matters more than the website — it is the thing your customer opens every day, not once. We would start there: make the recurring action effortless first, then use the website and social presence to bring in the next household.
